Shipping

Once we receive your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship. We ship via UPS. The actual delivery time may vary depending on shipping address, courier availability, weather, holidays schedule, etc.  

 All orders will be shipped with discrete packaging.  

Shipping is available within the U.S. only. No international shipping is available at this time. 

We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO and DPO destinations. 

We accept returns on damaged or defective products only.  To start the return process, please submit the Return Authorization Request in writing within 30 days of shipping delivery.  All return requests must be approved to be accepted. Please note used items are not eligible to be returned.  TPC is not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. 

 Return 

As per industry and health standards, pleasure products may not be returned or exchanged.  

For the health and safety of our customers, all sales of TPC products made here are final and non-returnable.  

 Warranty 

TPC offers 1 year limited product warranty from the date of purchase. All warranty claims require a receipt for proof of purchase. Acceptable forms of proof of purchase will be determined at our own discretion.  At our option, we will either replace the exact product or provide you with a substantially similar product. Customer is responsible for return shipping and shipping is non-refundable.  Please use shipping methods with tracking and insurance.  TPC is not responsible for lost shipments.   

 Please note, products purchased from our authorized retailers are subject to their return policies and we have no obligation to accept such returns, other than for reasons covered by our limited warranty. We have zero responsibility for, and our policies and warranty do not apply, to any product purchased from a non-authorized retailer, private sale, etc.
