How do I open an account with The Pleasure Company?
Opening and account is a simple process. To get started, please complete our Account Registration Form and one of our sales reps will contact you within 48 hours.
Why do I need to register?
The Pleasure Company is a Business to Business website serving wholesalers and drop shipping companies. We require registration of all customer accounts in order to provide you with updated tracking information, account updates, purchase history information plus several other beneficial options to expedite your order processing.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum wholesale order is $100.00. We do not have an order minimum for drop ship orders.
What is your turn around time?
In stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours after we receive your order. Please note that we are not open on the weekends. If you place an order over the weekend, we will receive it on Monday morning.
Do you drop ship?
Yes. Please see our drop ship terms and conditions for further information or contact a sales rep at 877-777-4910.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We can ship wholesale orders internationally. However, we drop ship to only the US and Canada.
I forgot my Account Password?
No problem, simply click on the login page and enter your email in the “Forgot Password” section and a new temporary password would be emailed to you. We recommend you to change this password to one you can recall easily.
Do I need a Reseller ID?
Yes. We do require you to provide a reseller ID.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order in two ways. Payment can be remitted via PayPal or via a Purchase Order. Do note, in order to process your Purchase order we must have a valid Credit Card Authorization Form on file. If you have not completed a Credit Card Authorization form, please download this form by clicking here.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Certified Check and Money Orders.
Drop shipping Fee of $5.00; is that per item or per order?
Drop shipping fee of $5.00 is charged per order.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
No, The Pleasure Company sells it products to resellers only with valid Reseller ID/ Reseller Certificate. You don't must provide us a updated/ valid with a Resale Certificate / Reseller ID prior to account approval. This applied to all wholesale and drop ship accounts. Your Resale Certificate/ Resale ID must be valid, active and on file with us.
How can I get a copy of my receipt/ Invoice?
To obtain a copy, simply print your order confirmation received via email upon placing of an order. You may also obtain copies of your payment history by logging in via our My Account page.
Will I be notified once my order has shipped?
Yes. You will receive an email with a copy of your invoice and the tracking number of your order.
What are your returns and shipping policies?

How do I order a catalog?
Please click on the Order Catalog link located in the top right corner of our web page and complete the requested information.
If I need additional catalogs, can you provide one for me? Is there a fee to order additional sets?

How do I download images?
You must be set up in our account system as a customer, and have a wholesale account login, to access our images. You must also agree to the Image Authorization terms before downloading any images.
If an item is on backorder, will it be automatically deleted from my order?
No. Any out of stock item will be placed on backorder. When the item is back in stock, you'll receive a courtesy phone call or email asking whether you'd like us to ship the backordered item(s).
How do I know if your site is secure?
We value your Privacy and Security on our website very seriously. To that extent, this website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in internet security. Furthermore our site is scanned by iSafeSite security scans along with several other internal security systems to provide you with the strongest level data security to ensure that your information remains safe and secure.
